<How to apply for a reservation>
1. Tap/click "Check vacancy" on each room type of the facility page.
2. Select "Number of guests" from the pull-down menu.
(The number of guests that can be selected from the pull-down menu differs for each facility and room type. The number of coins may vary depending on the number of people stay in the room.)
3. Select "Check-in date/Check-out date" on the calendar.
4. Tap/click "Next"
5. On the Reservation information page, select the number of guests from the pull-down menu.
(The total number of guests must be the same as the number of guests selected on the calendar in (2).
6. Select "Request reservation"
(Split booking are only available when both persons making the reservation and the accompanying person are paid plan registrants.)
After the reservation request is submitted and confirmed by the facility, you will be notified result "confirmed/declined."
The result will be sent to you by e-mail, and you can also check from the list of reservations.
<Notes
・Some facilities are available for immediate confirmation, while others are available based on request.
・For facilities with a request form, the facility will confirm the reservation after you submit your request and inform you of the "confirmed/declined" status.
・Please note that the reservation system may take several hours to 24 hours to process your reservation. In rare cases, it may take several days depending on the facility's operating hours.
・Reservations can be made until 9PM JST on the day of the reservation, but some facilities close before 9PM.
