<How to apply for a reservation>
1. Tap/click "Check vacancy" on each room type of the facility page.
2. Select "Number of guests" from the pull-down menu.
(The number of guests that can be selected from the pull-down menu differs for each facility and room type. The number of coins may vary depending on the number of people stay in the room.)
3. Select "Check-in date/Check-out date" on the calendar.
4. Tap/click "Next"
5. On the Reservation information page, select the number of guests from the pull-down menu.
(The total number of guests must be the same as the number of guests selected on the calendar in (2).
6. Select "Request reservation"
(Split booking is only available when both of the two users paying the coins (the booking user and the accompanying guest) are registered on a paid plan. For more details, please see here.)
A confirmation email will be sent, and you can also check the details in your reservation list.
<Notes>
・Reservations can be made until 9PM JST on the day of the reservation, but some facilities close before 9PM.
・For split bookings, a reservation request is officially submitted once the guest accepts the request. Depending on the timing of acceptance, the facility may have already closed reservations.
・The accommodation fee has already been paid using coins; however, accommodation taxes, tourist taxes, or other local taxes may be charged at the facility.
